June-A month learning about father's from the bible and celebrating all dad's on June 19!

We’re coming to the end of the school year and I’m excited about the future children’s programming at Crenshaw!!!  Summer is a slower pace for most families and I am looking forward to hearing about your adventures.  I will be on my own "restful" time and during this time I promise to pray for you and your safe fun times!   I will also be working on exciting fall plans for Sunday school and children's church!   

During the summer months we will continue with our Sunday school time.   Beginning at 9:00 we will meet for singing and adventure sharing!   After, we will split into smaller groups and hear about some interesting characters in our bible that you may not have ever heard of before.

In the month of June, we will take a look at some father's in the bible.

June 5 Mordecai: A Father by Choice...Ester 2:7

June 12 Mark 9:23.  A father's son is healed!

June 19!!!   Father's Day!   Donuts with a dad during SS.   During this time we will have some fun father trivia and interview a dad to learn a little more about some of their favorite things!

June 26 Job: A Faithful Father

While regular Sunday school will take a break this summer, there will be summer story time from 9:30 to 10:20 AM every Sunday in the chapel. This will be a time for lots of hands-on activities and great stories. So, don’t skip the Education Hour! Be there, PreK - 5th graders, for Sunday morning stories, art, music and play.
